5 stars across all areas. Great place to take a date and share a few dishes. The food is great. The business in New definitely will be coming back to sample more of the menu. I tried the mixed seafood curry. The menu describes tomatoes and onion gravy, and that's exactly what I received minus what you would expect from a gravy. The creaminess of a gravy is missing. It's definitely far from soup like in consistency. It is thick like a gravy. The seafood was cooked beautifully. Wasn't overdone at all. The shrimp and calamari were tender and easy to manage. Rice is sold separately from dishes, so you can't forget that the serving is a large single serving of rice. You can get away with splitting a serving of rice. The dishes are served in a way that it encourages sharing. Naan is well proportioned, aka big portions. The proportion of other dishes is fair. The atmosphere is great. The server is attentive and excited to be there. It was pleasant to be genuinely checked on. I did have a chance to have a conversation with my server, who may be an owner, due to overall general care. When he stopped to check in and ask about experience, you can tell he's listening. There's so much more I want to try here. Also this is a great place to take a date. There are even a couple for two options that are already picked out and include dessert. Plus, it's not going to break the bank. Atmosphere is worth it.

Oh boy, I don’t even know where to start. This restaurant is by far the best Indian & Nepalese restaurant that I have ever been to anywhere. This restaurant beats any Indian restaurant in SF by any measure. The food is so tasty, so flavorful. The service is out of this world. The atmosphere is superb. The prices are extremely fair. As soon as we sat, they were bringing complimentary appetizers with some complimentary house sauces. Every food we had was 10/10. This is definitely paradise for food lovers. I have been to almost every Indian restaurant in the city, no restaurant comes even close to this one. I think Nepa restaurant is even better than some of the best Michellin Star Restaurants. I feel like royalty there. All staff members are absolutely friendly, smiling, very helpful. They are amazing people, both employees and even the owner. I have not enjoyed going to restaurant as much as I did going to Nepa. I am now 💯 loyal customer. Forget about any other restaurant l, come down here, you won’t be disappointed ever. This is heaven for foodies. Restaurants, please take a note about how to run a restaurant from Nepa. Learn from them. Cuz this is how you do it. Thank you Nepa Team for taking absolutely amazing care of your customers. We see you Nepa Team

My partner and I decided to try Nopa Indian Cuisine because we walk by frequently and noticed they’re under new management. We’re so happy we stopped in for dinner! The host/waiter was attentive, helpful and overall had a great attitude and contagious smile. We ordered medium spicy baigan bharta, chicken tikka masala, samosas, and basmati rice. The food came out reasonably quickly and it was delicious! The baigan bharta tasted fresh and the chicken tikka masala was one of the best chicken tikka dishes I’ve ever had, and I frequent a lot of Indian restaurants in SF. The beer and wine we ordered also paired well with the food. While we dined, some lively music videos were playing and my partner and I enjoyed those while we waited for our food. We definitely will return again. We felt very welcome and left the restaurant fully and grateful that Nopa Indian is in the neighborhood! As a side note, order a tandoori special and it will come to your table sizzling like fajitas!

Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Nepa and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The warm friendliness of the staff set the tone for an evening of exceptional service and mouthwatering cuisine.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Our server, Hari, stood out with his genial and hospitable demeanor, providing service that was nothing short of outstanding. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made our dining experience truly special.

The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Spicy and Juicy Tandoori Chicken. Cooked to perfection, each bite was a tantalizing mix of heat and tenderness. The spices were expertly balanced, creating flavors that were both bold and harmonious. It was an unforgettable dish that truly set the standard for the rest of the evening.

The Kabuli Naan was equally impressive, with a crisp exterior giving way to a soft, coconutty flavorful interior that paired excellently with the other dishes. The lamb curry, with its tender pieces of lamb enveloped in a richly savory sauce, was another standout, offering a symphony of flavors that balanced the perfect amount of spice and richness.

To top it all off, the Kulfi dessert was a delectable treat that provided the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Creamy and refreshing, it left a lasting impression and was the ideal conclusion to an already stellar dining experience.

Every aspect of our visit to Nepa was exceptional. The staff, especially Hari, made us feel like valued guests, and the food was nothing short of extraordinary. Every bite was amazing and unforgettable. If you're looking for a restaurant that combines outstanding service with delicious, well-crafted dishes, Nepa is the place to go. Highly...
