Winery Collective — Restaurant in San Francisco

Bar has a nice atmosphere, but that’s about where the good things end. Waited for the one bartender while he talked and chatted with, and poured multiple wines for one couple, then did it all over again for another couple. When we were finally acknowledged we got water before he went back the the other couples to talk and pour many wines again, while we sat. This happened in between every wine we got on our five tasting flight. At of least two of the wines were rancid. Not sure if they were corked or just old, but some of the worst wine I’ve had, and I have tasted wine all over the world. When we were done with our terrible wine I took forever to get our bill. The bartender made a comment because we shared our flight. I think he was completely rude, unprofessional, and thinks a lot of himself. We was terrible service and I would Definitely ...

Winery Collective is one of those rare gems that instantly makes you feel at home. Whether you're popping in alone or with a group of friends, the atmosphere is always welcoming and full of good vibes. I've had so many lovely conversations here with some locals, some tourists, and with people from all over the world! Everyone's on their own adventure, and it's a joy to share stories over a great glass of wine - I LOVE the Pinot!

The staff are a huge part of what makes this place so special. Deena, Michael, and Kostas are all wonderful - warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the wine. Kostas, brings an exceptionally positive energy and always has a fantastic playlist going.
