Read moreI took two guests to this place from Europe. The first thing that disappointed us was the restrooms which were really disgusting. We then ordered desserts and there was no clean table and they all had plates and glasses on them. We chose one of them and we asked the ordering desk for someone to clean. No one showed up and one of the staffs brought our order. We again asked her to take the stuff and she said she is just in charge of bringing our order. There was no space on the table and she put the plates on next to old ones. She then said she go and ask someone to clean it up. We waited for a few minutes and no one again showed up. We went to the pick up area and asked again and they said that they ask the cleaning person to come and clean it. There were 3 people standing there and not doing anything and still not caring to help us. Our desserts were melting and no one showed up. I went again to them and asked what I should do so that we can have a clean table and enjoy our desserts. They said they asked the cleaning person 3 times already. One of them was a rude guy. They then showed me the cleaning person that came out of kitchen and was cleaning the empty tables on the other room. They said go and ask him. I told them that it should be my responsibility but they refused to do anything. I went to the guy and asked him if he can clean our table first and he said I will clean your table when I get there. He was very rude. My guest said that they prefer to leave there and they don't want the desert anymore. I asked them to refund us and they said you have to wait for the manager. We again waited for a while and when he showed up he didn't even ask what had happened and didn't behave professionally. He just said, I am sorry and let me refund. We had a terrible experience at this place and we realized...

So I ordered a mini world famous sunday to go. Which approximately costed me 11 USD. After having couple of bites I realised it wasn’t the famous sunday and it was actually a milk shake. I had doubts with very first bite but I assumed since it’s a To go order , the contents like nuts , fudge etc might be submerged at the bottom. (First time visiting) Since i was right there . I immediately contacted the order counter with the bill and the product and to my surprise they told me since u have already eaten a part of it we can’t replace and u have to buy a new one!! ( it was their mistake not mine, I was handed over a wrong order). To which I argued saying the milk shake i was given was a 9USD product whereas sunday was 11usd and I should be given the refund of the difference.( ofcourse getting 2 USD BACK wasn’t the purpose ) , and to my surprise they denied. They said it’s against their policy to replace and refund!! I asked for the copy of written policy. After discussing with the manager there, all they gave me was a phone number which no one ever picked up.
For a company with sales over $ 812 million in 2023 it’s absolutely unprofessional and unethical behaviour & unacceptable response. It’s never the company policy, it’s the...
