If you want an authentic vietnamese dining experience, it starts with broken rice as the base, not Chinese rice or sticky rice. Then add a side of an egg pancake. That's a good start. Then some pork noodles, marinated pork and some shrimp. Its usually 5 to 8 items on the plate. Restaurant is very clean and though most of the staff don't speak English, they are courteous and will feed you hardy. It was literally bland noodles with coconut milk out of the can, herbs, egg rolls, tiny pork strips that looked like fake meat, and some soggy shrimp cakes.
