In all my 22 years of being a consistent game stop consumer, today marked the first occurrence in which I was not treated fairly and given due process with a transaction for picking up my call of duty modern warfare pre-ordered game in which was paid off in full before the release date. I was mistreated by the assistant manager and supportive cashier staff team.At first I was denied my paid in full game after two back to back visits and lengthy conversations with the cashiers and assistant manager, but finally almost 45 minutes later of onsite exposure I was given my game. Just want to inform potential customers and current customers of complications that can occur when picking up pre-ordered titles. The assistant manager along with a few other staff members was rude and inconsiderate during this whole ordeal I was arbitrarily put through and I will not be giving any business to this location ever again. Walmart prices were more by 20 to 25 bucks for the same headsets . This time there was another employee with dark hair, he was very helpful and super nice . He took the time to find out what gaming box we had and what item we wanted to see and then some. There were 3 people in line and if you ever been to a game stop you know that you're gonna spend some time there.
