Bagel & Donuts Basket — Restaurant in San Jose

My experience at this establishment for the first time was poor, I stopped here at 8:am and there was only one person ahead of me and one person behind me and one of the workers that was preparing a order asked if I was going to buy something and I responded back yes i am and the other worker skipped me and started taking the order for the person behind me. I had raised my hand and said no one's took my order yet, and she said I asked you twice if you want something which in fact she did not. The person in front of me also had seen what had happened and said he seen that she did not ask me anything but that the 1st worker was the only person that asked me if I was going to purchase anything and I replied back yes i am. The 2nd worker came off rude and her tone sounded as if she was mad over something. I feel that the 2nd worker could of been less rude and a little more professional. If it had been busy then I could understand the frustration but as there was only 3 persons at the time. Overall my breakfast sandwich was good and I didn't have to wait long but next time I would hope the 2nd worker is a little more aware of her customers that...

Super cute and sweet ladies who handle some very busy days deftly. I'm so grateful this place is near my house. Each sandwich I've ordered was literally made perfectly every time and tasted so good. I love the Coney Chicken Island sandwich (yes, you read that right) and Vietnamese coffee (hot) is a welcome thing as I don't need to make a second stop somewhere else for good coffee. The bagels are excellent. ..not that super tough, too-chewy 'authentic' NY style that I'm not sure anyone really prefers anyway. These are lighter, but not cakey..really a good balance. The boba is really good, too! Unfortunately the indoor dining area hasn't been open since the first time I went there months ago (probably due to covid hysteria) but I can usually get lucky and get one of the tables outside in the shade and watch the cars go by. I visited this place today in the morning and it was really bad feeling their rude behaviors towards customers. I placed an order of "a crystal boba" and a bagel sandwich with ham and egg. When I pay my order, the man in the checkout counter asked me which crystal boba do you mean? And I told him the crystal boba in the upper side behind the picture on the wall. And he sighed and asked me again the same question and I told him the same answer. He sighed loudly and arrogantly told me it's the "Brown Sugar Crystal Boba'. After that he sighed again. After my place had been made, a woman call out for the customer who ordered a bagel sandwich and I approached the counter. She told me it's a spam, egg and ham sandwich. I did't hear the sound spam after first and she made a face. She told me it's a "Spam bagel" "SPAM" loudly... So disgusting behavior and I won't go...
