We came in for my GF to try the new shredded beef tostada salad, and for my usual, the double chicken tostada salad and an avocado chicken taco. I was kind of hesitant to try the beef so I was glad she tried it first 😅. The bite I had was pretty good. The beef was tender and flavored well. I thought it would be spicy, but I guess that's only if you ask for spicy. The double chicken tostada was amazing like always. Crispy tostada shell holding big chunks of flavorful chicken breast with rice+beans, salad leaves, avocado, sour cream, and the creamy cilantro dressing, which is the icing on the cake for me. Kind of weird because I order no pico since I hate cilantro 🤷🏽♂️. The avocado chicken taco was just as I remember it should be with the same big chunks of chicken, avocado, a couple of lettuce leaves, and that creamy, dreamy cilantro dressing again. Today I ordered a really big order and showed up to pick it up exactly when it was ready and they still had me wait 30 mins since they could not locate the order. At the 30mins the mark a woman calls me over to then give me just 5% of my total order.. when I told them and showed them my receipt, the girls at the counter they just rolled their eyes as if I was a bother to them. They sent the manager(who I did not ask for) who then came and just handed me my money back and said “here” then walked away. I was floored by the lack of caring. The food is awesome here, but a lack of respect will only leave a foul taste. Horrible customer service. I asked for sauce, and she didn't want to give me any. She got my order wrong as well. I showed her the receipt, and she still did not want to fix it. I work in customer service, and that is not the way to be if you want to keep the job that you applied for. Then she turned around and was talking with four other employees in spanish, which I am fluent and understood every word. I responded back to her in Spanish, and she just looked at me shocked.
