Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in San Jose

If I could give zero star, I would. This location is terrible! I usually don't like writing bad reviews but tonight was something else. I have ordered cakes from Baskin Robbins many times at many different locations but this place take the cake for the Worst customer service Ever!

I came in to order a cake and only 1 employee was working. She told me her co worker was supposed to be there. Well, said person never showed up. It was packed. I feel bad for the girl. She didn't know how to place my order. I told her if she wanted to give me the form, I could fill in what I wanted for the cake and she can continue to help other customers while I was filling out the form. Afterwards, I handed her the firm and she rang me up. I included a tip on there as well. Then, I left. Shortly after, they called me to inform me that they're not able to make my cake. They told me that they're not making any cakes until Tuesday next week. They offered to refund me my money but said that I had to come back in for them to refund me.

I get to the store and the first girl working, wasn't able to refund me. She called her co worker out. The co worker said that she could not refund it back to my card. That they could only refund me in cash. She also informed me that she can't refund the tip amount. I asked to speak with the manager. I explained everything to her, asked her what part did they deserve the tip considering that they did absolutely Nothing for me. I don't mind tipping and I am a generous tipper if the service is good, not great but just good. In this case, they didn't even do anything for me! After speaking with the manager, I got my whole refund. Here's the kicker, the girl doing the refund told me to Never come back. I told her I have No intention of coming back to that place. Oh, she also cussed me out too! You should fire that girl. It's employees likr her that will take down your business!

Advice to manager/owner, hire and train your employees Better. This has been the Worst Baskin Robbins that I have...
