If you have been to other locations and expect this location to be somewhat similar to other Bills Cafe just save yourelf the disappointment and go to you favorite location. I ordered the chilaquiles which was nothing compared to what it should have been. I basically got served scrambled eggs with large chuncks of chorizo. The egg portion was twice the amount of tortilla chips they used (9 chips to be exact), also those delicious dices and perfectly seasoned potatoes that you would have at other locations dobled in size here, and the seasoning does no compare it tasted like broiled potatos to me. My husbands order was missing 2 items which the waitress forgot to submit, and lastly and perhaps the only reason I'm writing this post is because a little boy around 9 or 10 year old walked in with his dog. Several waitress greeted him, no sure if he is the owners or employees son but at least 3 waitress greeted and pet the dog aswell. Kind gesture of them, however they forgot to wash their hands and continued on with their duties. Also the little boy made his way towards the kitchen yes with his dog. I have nothing against sharing space with a 4 legged friend , but for sure hygiene is a must in any restaurant regardless of how cute...
Read moreCame here last week with my daughter she initially wanted to get pancakes or waffles but ended up ordering grilled cheese sandwich with fries for breakfast. I decided that if I was going to break my diet I was going to go whole hog. No half measures! I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with three poached eggs poached soft. And of course biscuits and gravy! It was definitely a gut buster. They weren't very busy since we came on an early Wednesday morning. The service was friendly very fast the food came out hot and very quickly. My daughter loved her grilled cheese sandwich the fries were crisp and seasoned well with lots of herbs. My chicken fried steak was hot and crispy and salty and covered in a thick rich gravy. Definitely hangover food if I had to nurse a hangover. Needless to say it was way too much food for me but I did my best. I consumed all of my steak and eggs and most of the biscuits with the gravy and attempted to put a little dent in the extra crispy hash browns. I failed miserably on that last part. It's nice that it's in our neighborhood now the food is consistent the quality is still very good overall a very good value and I hope you get a chance to try it...
Read moreThis was recommended by our Northern California friends and it seems like it's quite popular as they have numerous locations throughout Northern California. We arrived around 10 a.m. and definitely had to wait a good 30-45 minutes before our table was ready. What I liked about Bill's is that they also have a section of "Mini Breakfast Specials" which is perfect for those that are not early birds and don't have a huge appetite in the morning.

Petaluma Scramble ($16.00) - Delicious combination of chicken apple sausage, mushrooms and spinach. I did wish I got the seasoned country potatoes instead of the hash browns because it looked more appetizing. The hash browns weren't bad but I think it could have used a...
