Burger King — Restaurant in San Jose

This restaurant participate on the offers showing up on Burger King App. The place has plenty of parking space, and it's clean. The staff are friendly and nice to customers more than the standard greetings and thank you from typical places. It's as if you're a regular even if you're not. To my surprise, the manager or supervisor, when messing with the cashier register, actually greets people even though I initially didn't realize he was there. Kudos for the service. Burger is also hot unlike most other restaurants, makes me think it's quite literally fresh from the grill.

I have been around coming back for quite some time. They never fail delivering great burgers. Today in particular is different. Not only was the burger fresh from the grill (slightly warmer than usual), but the chicken nuggets felt like fresh from the frying machine. It's the best experience ever by far. Initially, I was not crazy about this location; because it does not have a Drive-Thru, but I have become a believer. This is one of the ONLY locations that participates in ALL Burger King App promotions; because recently Burger King had a "birthday Whopper". Guess what? EVERY SINGLE location was refusing to honor the promotion throughout San Jose and I kept switching locations until I found one. I cannot say 100% of locations; but 100% of the locations that had a Drive-Thru were blocking the "birthday Whopper". I have been to this location before and they actually prepare everything "fresh"; so it is not sitting under the heat lamp for hours. They always have plenty of parking and they have indoor dining again; so if you are having any issues with the Burger King app, then check...

For those not familiar with this location, I just wanted to give a heads up and say a couple things. First, they do not have a fountain drink machine open to the customers. The employees will fill & give you your drink when your order is ready. Also, if you're dining at the restaurant, they are no longer allowing refills for drinks (I'm not sure if/ when this will end). On the plus side, they do allow for you to use more than one coupon at a time (I've only used 2 at one time, so I can't say for sure that they allow more than that per customer). Hope...
