I USED TO COME TO THIS STAR BUCKS VERY OFFTEN WITH MY HUSBAND ,BUT FOR ONE BARKING INCIDENT ABOUT MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORTR SMALL MIX CHIHUAHUA INSIDE THE PREMISES I PERSONALY DECIDED TO AVOIDED VISITING THIS PLACE FOR A WHILE ,ALSO BECAUSE THE PERSONAL WHO WORK AT THIS LOCATION TENT TO MAKE THEIR OWN POLICIES IN REGARDS SERVICES THEY OFFER FOR DRINKS AND FOR REFILLS..TODAY I PASSED BY THIS LOCATION CONSIDENTALY BEDORE TRAVELING AND I SAW THE CONVENIENCE OF PURCHASING A SNACK AND TO USED THE COMPLEMENTARY RESROOMS SERVICES .WELL IT HAPPEND THAT I REQUESTED THE CODE TO USE THE RESTROOM I WAS ASKED ROOTELY TO MAKE A PURCHASE FIRST BEFORE USING THE RESTROOM,I DO HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION I DID NOT WANTED TO DISCUSSS AND MAKE PUBLIC ,SO I HAD TO AGREE WITH MAKING A PURCHASE WHICH ANYWAY I WAS GOING TO MAKE...MY POINT IS THAT OTHER PEOPLE MAY BE FORSE TO MAKE A PURCHASED IN REGARDS TO USE A SERVICE.I AM , RAISING MY VOICE NOT ONLY FOR ME BUT FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE A URGE CONDITION TO USE THE RESROOM AND MAY FACE THE SAME EXPERIENCE ,THIS IS WRONG I FELT VERY UNCONFORTABLE AND UPSETFOR THEIR SOLICITATUON BUT MOST BECAUSE MY HEALTH CONDITION IS NOT TO BE DISCUSS IN PUBLIC... Read moreI am aware that there are rumors of Starbuck downfall and I guess Starbucks place like this might be the reason. Management is worst and don't have Starbucks essence & I don't blame this the fault of servers/staff. I was travelling from SoCal to bay area and stopped for coffee and meet a friend. After my long drive, I went in- asked for restroom code. I was denied and told I have to order first. I went on like I need to use restroom asap and I told them I WILL ORDER soon as I am relived using restroom but they were like NO, order first and then ONLY the computer system with generate the unique code for the restroom. At last, with my desperateness- I ordered and then the staff, verbally tells me the code without looking the receipt and I noticed same code for all other people. Read moreThis location has always been a gem. Not just for the coffee but for the community atmosphere. A collective part of that was the wall of pictures put up. These photos were of families and their dogs. It was a small but significant detail that made this Starbucks location a warm location to come to. Recently, out of nowhere, these photos were all taken down. The sudden removal has left the space feeling really impersonal. It's a shame to see such a cherished part of our community just disappear. This location has always been a "third place" for many of us, and this decision feels like a step backward from that. Also, they should have left something up a notice or something letting patrons know that they would be so callously tossing out our communities' photos. Shame on upper management for this decision.. we all know it wasn't the employees...
