Update: 11/28/2017, Midnight, drive thru. The food here was terrible. I ordered two hamburgers, and they were both served COOL, not hot, not warm, not room temperature, they were COOL; and the meat was dry. The bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo seamed fresh. I'm guessing they shut the grill down early to clean up for closing, and have a stack of precooked meat set aside to make a hamburger, if anyone comes to buy one. Food service here has gone from mediocre, to poor, to bad. You would be better off going down the road to another place.
I don't blame the crew. I suspect the manager needs some retraining, or the manager needs the resources, or authorization for hours, to operate for quality. All the marketing in the world can't fix what's not working.
So so. It's pretty much hit 'n mis on the drive thru service.
On the plus side, the drive thru has a convenient trash can that you can place litter in as you drive out. That's...

When I asked for BBQ and ranch sauce nicely he just kinda shut the window on me, so I just went off based on his vibes.
Terribly inconvenienced. Nothing to wash down the whopper bacon melt I got.

One of the "specialty burgers" came with a dry bun and (2) burgers with nothing, absolutely nothing, just bread & burger! No mayo, mustard, cheese, onions, ketchup, tomatoes, nothing! We drove back, showed food & receipt. No apology, no acknowledgement of the error, just attitude! Because of inconvenience, they should have offered something. Owner needs to evaluate, stay awhile (at least a week undercover) and check out/over-see quality of food, workers and customer experiences.
