My family and I have been going here for years. I've always loved this place soo much. The food today was very different. One of the main reasons that I used to love Chef P's is for their thick chow mein noodles. They were delicious. I'm not a fan of the tiny Panda Express chow mein noodles, they're not very satisfying. Well now Chef P's has thinner noodles, not too thin but not as deliciously thick as the old ones. The orange chicken was very sweet and delicious. The whole meal was great. I'm a lil disappointed in the salt and pepper fish it used to be a light thin piece of batter fries fish with jalapenos and yummy seasoning. Now it's a very thick dry well seasoned piece of fish. The service was AMAZING! The young man running the register was a super thoughtful, sweet man. Overall the food is delicious I just couldn't give it 5 stars because I miss the old food. Everything else is great and I highly recommend this place.

Best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. We drove from Central valley to try this restaurant. Every was perfect. Service was amazing and off course so was the food. But what really nice was the owner Lloyd came out to greet us and even sat with us and had a little chat with my family. We are definitely going back to enjoy this amazing place. Thanks Lloyd 👍 😊

Normally I'd go here and it's a very good food but today I went and I had a bad experience I ordered a number 1 Mongolian beef plate, and I ordered a number 8 with shrimp when I got into the plate there was no shrimp🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I had to eat the magolan beef fillet the one I was saving for dinner so now I got a plate full of veggies and noodles 🤔🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Wow...where to begin... The kung pao was premade.. yes, they must have added the peanuts and veggies to the mix and stirred it, and served it. There was a corner of food still in a gelatin form. The eggrolls were freezer burned and absolutely mush inside. Disgustingly unedible. The honey walnut shrimp was VERY MAYOy,gross, not enough honey or condensed milk..and very little for the price. The sweet and sour pork is very chewy and not very good. The Bellpepper chunks are too hard, and the pineapple chunks tasted weird, like tap water. Mangolian beef was ok. Chow mein was alright. Anything with a vegetable, the vegetable was not cooked. The squash was raw, Broccoli raw and bell peppers raw. Not steamed or...

I would give it a 6 star if I could. I’m Chinese and a finicky eater, my family and I love this place for our quick Chinese food fix inbetween school and sports, everyone can find something they love on the menu and it’s a great value. We also love the service. It’s a family owned restaurant so they DO care about customer service. Quick and easy with a smile. If you haven’t tried their fried calamari it’s our #1 favorite. A must have every time we came here. Our other favorites include the honey walnut shrimp, chicken or pork fried rice, fried noodles, and any stir fries that contained beef because they are so tender...
