Pretty good boba shop, especially for one that's in the mall. I notice that boba shops in the mall don't really taste as good as if they were outside on their own, but CoCo Tea is actually solid. I’m delighted they opened this new location! it’s super convenient. The workers are super quick and the drinks taste great LOL. I’ve tried a fair share of drinks and my favorites are still the classics heehee, Tropical Special (passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly and boba) and all the milk teas! Coco lost me as a customer today. I asked to split a large boba into two small cups for my kids—offered to pay for it, too. Simple request. They refused. No flexibility, no empathy, no effort to understand the situation. That kind of rigid, unfriendly service tells me everything I need to know.
