Pizza My Heart — Restaurant in San Jose

The review is specific to THIS (Berryessa) location! They won't return lost property that they confirmed they found!!! I left my sunglasses (Oliver Peoples Gregory Peck – orange/tan) at this location on Aug 10. Called on Aug 18, and an employee named Ryan confirmed they had them (He even confirmed the shape,color,etc). The next day, a lady named “Princess” suddenly claimed they were gone and acted like they never existed — completely dismissive and rude. How does something that was confirmed to be found just disappear overnight? No help, no accountability — just a complete brush-off. Feels like they kept them because they were expensive. The create your own pizza is so bland. There is absolutely no flavour. Look at the photo and just by looking at the pizza it looks like vegetables are just sitting on a base. They don't give you an option for any seasoning for the create your own nor do they add their own. Even the vegetables arent cooked well and feel very raw on the pizza - they dont blend in. Very disappointed. I wanted to try this because I was regularly buying a really nice frozen pizza brand and wanted to try something fresh. However my frozen pizza was 100 times better than this. I love this place. Service was amazing atmosphere was incredible the person who helped me was very kind very friendly and very helpful. I got two slices of cheese pizza and one large soda. Everything was perfect, I do think that the cheese pizza slices could have had more cheese on it because it felt almost like I was just eating dough.
