Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

My very first time ever trying Dominoes pizza in the twenty years I have lived. Used the special online deal they had going on for $5.99 for each item if you order two or more of the items they had on a special list. I ended up ordering for carry out.

Medium Pizza (Pepperoni/Bacon) Medium Pizza (Mushroom/Spinach) 16 Piece Parmesan Bites

Order totaled up to $18.14 and was seriously ready under 13 minutes. (I watched the real time cooking meter thing they had on the site, never seen something like that before, so I was a bit over excited).

We drove to the location and parked on the 7/11 lot and walked our way towards the pizza parlor. The parlor is located directly behind 7/11 and next to a laundromat. As soon as I stepped in a gentleman helped me get my carry out, paid in cash and made my way out all in under a minute. (It was a Thursday evening). With my experiences in working at a pizza parlor, I believe the gentleman was being very efficient with his time; seeing that he was alone during this shift. (Minus the delivery driver) Big props to him!

At home now trying out the veggie pizza I customized and it was good! There is something about dominoes that stands out from other pizza places. I mean I've worked at Papa John's, and just like Papa John's, Dominoes definitely has their unique taste. One thing I may add was that the under-dough of the veggie pizza was a bit hard rendering a chewy feeling, but hearing from my roommates who tried out second pizza, it was just the veggie pizza that the texture.

Would definitely dry out Dominoes again and it's location for carry out, since it's in very close proximity to where I live. Also there's a rewards system, so that's...

Pizza is good however service is horrible! customer service needs to improve we ordered a pizza for delivery large pizza with wings before we even placed our order we told the person on the other lines to please tell driver to bring change to break $100 we placed our order and the guy said let me put you on hold to double check driver has change. we were put on hold for like 5 min then hung up on we kept calling back and they were purposely ignoring our calls how do we know they were well I told my spouse to call from her phone and guy picked up immediately my wife asked for an update on our delivery he stated no order for that address was made so my wife said ok well can we place an order for delivery and please tell driver to bring change to break $100 then we here some argument in the background between the two workers speaking in hindu and get hung up on again! we call back and now my wife began to be ignored we do not understand what was the problem we were not rude or mean even when they stated no order was made I believe the problem was they just didn’t want to make any more deliveries since it was 10 min before 10pm or they simply didn’t have change no matter what the reason it’s unfair to just hang up on ppl and ignore them but we thank them for that now because we discovered a new pizza joint with AMAZING pizza and 🤩 CUSTOMER SERVICE called PIZZA GUYS 🍕 ON WINCHESTER AND THEY DO DELIVER AND THAT DELIVERY GUY GOT A HUGE TIP. date of let down was...

Ordered an Extra Large Brooklyn Philly Cheese Steak pizza with no change of toppings period! Received the pizza with only the toppings of the second pizza and no other topping on the extra large Philly cheese steak pizza.! This is not what I had , I did not remove or add any toppings on this pizza.! When I called to let them know that my order was wrong, was told to come back and they would make it right! Upon my arrival explained the situation and the manager refuse to fix my order and told me that I had ordered it this way! I did not add or remove any toppings when I ordered the extra large Philly cheese steak they had put the topping on this pizza from the order from the second 14 inch large pizza I had order with nothing else on the extra large Philly cheese steak pizza only the toppings of the second order !
