We had a wonderful experience at the Dominos Aborn store, all thanks to the manager Sony. I usually avoid eating outside due to a medical condition that requires me to be extra careful about food hygiene and freshness. When I mentioned this to Sony, he was extremely respectful and went the extra mile to ensure our pizza was made with the freshest ingredients.
Of course, Dominos always uses fresh ingredients, but Sony took special care in preparing our order, and that gave us a lot of confidence. On top of that, the way he greeted us with a warm smile and positive attitude truly made us feel welcome.
It’s rare to see this level of dedication and genuine care in customer service. Honestly, Dominos is very fortunate to have someone like Sony managing this store. He’s the kind of person who turns first-time visitors into repeat customers.

Read moreOrdered 2 large pizzas and a side of garlic knots for delivery for a party back in March. Food showed up 1.5 hours later. The pizza was in a generic pizza box, but the garlic knots were in a Domino’s box. The delivery driver was also wearing a Domino’s uniform and confirmed the order phone number. The pizzas were small when we ordered larges and missing multiple toppings.
I called this Domino’s location and got hung up on 3 times. The automated voice confirmed that my phone number was associated with a recent order so I think that’s why they kept hanging up. When we called from a different phone number, they picked up immediately. We told them there was an issue with our order and before we could explain, they said that they were out of toppings and wouldn’t charge us for the order. When we asked to give them our order number, they hung up the call again.
About 2 weeks later, our credit card was still charged for the order. I contacted customer service about 3 times and never heard back. As a regular customer at this specific location, this was a really disappointing experience. Won’t be...

The owner of this store should look into employees' and managers' practices. Order #18 was placed online for delivery under the store address of 2766 Aborn Rd, San Jose, at noon on 11/14/21. At 1:00 pm, we called for a status. They stated that the driver was on his way. At 2:00 pm, I called to cancel and put myself on hold for 21 minutes. When asked about my pizza, why it took so long, and like to cancel my order. There was no explanation or apology. What troubled me, the manager stated that he didn't care about the complaint and hung up. Finally, the pizzas were delivered at 3:00 pm. I refused to take the pizzas. I am not sure if this is acceptable for pizzas to be given 3 hours long????? This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
Updates: 2/4/22 I have called the store manager and was promised free pizza on the next order. Broken promises - when called for the free pizza, I was told that the manager was not around and unable to process free pizza. They promised to call me back within an hour...
