This place is bad, it just keeps getting worse. I was ordering thru the drive thru this evening. when I pulled up to the window to pay I gave her ( the drive-thru employee wich I was told her name is Tiffaney)$40.00 (my total was $34.09) when she gave me the change in return she slammed the change in my hand wich caused all the loose change to fall on the floor. She clearly seen it then walked away no apologizes or anything. Upon her return with my order. I asked why she had done that and she replied "I didn't slam anything" in a very rude confrontational tone. I then asked to talk to her manager she walked away and came back to tell me that her manager was on lunch I then told her all I want is the change she had had dropped. She proceeded to tell me she didn't know what it was and gave a very blank stare I proceeded in giving her the receipt she gave me the change then said " have a good night" in a very loud tone and slammed the window very hard. To top it off they did not give me any of the condiments I originally requested. Pollo Loco has been one of my favorites but this location needs major staffing improvements

I was in restroom and she just kept calling my number in the intercom very sarcastically it was so embarrassing, when I got out I told the manager I was in the restroom and there was no need for all that childish game. Brisa was playing and I didn't appreciate that she had to sarcastically call my number over and over acting so silly while so busy in there and then I asked for one 2 piece meal and one 3 piece meal and in total we only got 3 pieces of chicken so we were missing 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides, no napkins no forks or spoons. It was bad all around. My husband said we work so hard and payed for all this only for you to get embarrassed and not have a full order. He was so mad. We are not returning. To the manager and supervisor there teach your employees respect and be mature. There is one saying what you let happen is what you are leading by example so please do better for the young employees so that customers can continue to go there peacefully to order and eat...
Read moreSecond time going there should’ve went with my first mind and kept it moving. This is the second time I ordered the tostada bowl and there is always something wrong or missing. First time I ordered the bowl they forgot my shrimp, this time they gave me three shrimp, no avocado cilantro dressing, and i ordered on the side 2 sauces of pico de gigo. Another thing I ordered was 2 packs of churros, they were cold. After driving all the way back home I realized what I was missing. I so then got back into my car and drove all the way back. I asked for my receipt when I got back and they said they do not have it. The window boy with braces kept saying, “do not have it” various of times. I asked for the manager and she didn’t come she kept speaking Spanish to the boy and when I asked what she said he then replied to me and said “don't have it” in a very rude tone.
