Customer service was good, responsive and courteous. However, the store could use some spiff and span, starting with the dingy interior and dirty restroom (only one available while the other one perpetually closed) and homeless vagrants sleeping and loitering in the store with their junks piling on chairs, etc. (to be fair to Starbucks, it's in a bind legally based on past transgressions by some of its overzealous staff in Philly Here, there are clear legal grounds to act!). The decibel level inside here was indeed high, but that was due to the unruly patrons throwing trashes everywhere and letting kids sitting on the table (see photo!!!) running around --hence, stars deductions. While the young staff tried their best, the problem is that the store locates smacked in the middle of east SJ (Silicon Ghetto) and, frankly, expectations are low for both employees and patrons. Finally, acute severe labor shortage even before COVID, particularly in the food service sector, exacerbated an erosion of quality training and employee vetting, essentially forcing Starbucks to scrape the bottom of the barrel. The result is you have young inexperienced "managers" overlooking some glaring, atrocious violations of Starbucks world class standards with mediocre performance and horrible environment typical of a Mckeedee Cafe. In short, it's good for a quick grab and go but go to north or west SJ franchise for a real Starbucks premium cafe experience--i.e. lounge around in a clean, brightly lit decors to study or work on your computer. Look forward to an improved review...

I hate to give this starbucks a bad review I'm here everyday. And everyday goes without issue unless amaris is working. She is extremely rude not just to me but most other customers I see in store while I'm waiting for my drink. She is constantly rude when asked to remake a drink no matter what is. Whether it be extra foam extra caramel she never puts it and I always pay for it. Which is why I've been keeping track of what I haven't recieved but what I have paid for. I am contacting an attorney because as you can imagine I come here everyday and have spent hundreds of dollars in the last 6 months (what I have been tracking). Again I hate to leave this review because everyone working knows me on a first name basis I even bring them gifts every Christmas. But amaris needs management's help if she is serious about the job although it looks like it's just paycheck for her. She needs customer service training as she is extremely rude, and training on how to make the drinks theres a corporate recipe to follow i dont why anytime she makes it it taste like a completely different drink. It seems she has become complacent and just shows up for her shift nothing else. I'm sending this review in order to bring attention to the situation with management. And I will be having my attorney contact corporate with my list of items I have paid for but not recieved for the...

Here's to another GREAT BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE! I want to personally that my batista Andrew for making the best customized birthday drink! I visit a lot of Starbucks, but on my birthday, this 1080 S. White Rd, location has never disappointed! Today being my birthday I went in to get my birthday treat, and had tge pleasure of Andrew making my drink, not only did he make it as I requested, he made it with a smile, and perfectly! Andrew if you have the chance to see this, your amazing, you were very thoughtful, and made the best birthday drink ever! Andrew was fast, fun, and friendly! So much so that I notified customer@ rustancoffee.ph, and left them a little note on how employees should All be like Andrew, and how he made my birthday that much more special! This is by far the WORST Starbucks! Most of the women baristas have a stink face & attitude. They don’t care about customers whatsoever. It’s the closest one to home so it’s an easy stop BUT to be honest I’ll drive a few more miles to the Tully location. I get that Starbucks gets busy, but if you’re waiting for your coffee THE LEAST they can do is make the drink how it is labeled & correctly! I don’t see if I’m patiently waiting for my drink why my coffee should be made incorrectly. Seriously I rather wait longer and have my drink made good then to it be rushed and be wrong. Today was the last straw for me though! Watch out with them putting something in your drink that doesn’t belong in there! With COVID19 still being around us and even if it wasn’t this is SICKENING!! Look at pictures to see what was in my drink! Disgusting! And im pretty sure the barista did it on purpose! Please if you hate your job so much GO find another one and stop being malicious towards customers.

We waited 32 minutes for our two drinks even tho we ordered ahead. A lot of people are pissed because they aren’t getting their drinks. They ran out of a lot of ingredients and it happens often, whoever is doing stock inventory needs to do better. A lot of people waiting like 30 minutes just to be told they ran out of the stuff for their drinks. They can’t manage their mobile orders or in person orders well. There is no reason for us to wait so long since we ordered ahead of time. It can be so packed sometimes. A lot of people just over spend their welcome doing nothing in the Starbucks.including a bunch of kids. Update I just went in 7/25 this is how full they made my matcha this is ridiculous
