Best to get there before 9am Opening time Monday-Friday and by 8am Saturday mornings to beat the lines. Calling can be difficult due to the main phone line always ringing off the hook. If you choose to call and actually get through to one of the staff members, it's best to call as early as possible because appointments are made on the spot for the remainder of each day and you may have to make it for the following day. If you're not in a rush, it's best to plan to show up early and walk-in. Wait time upon arrival could be anywhere to an hour up to 2 hrs and a 1/2 depending on arrival and day of the week.
