I ordered from the wrong store. This was my first experience at this location. It will also be my last. Complete inedible waste of money. $45 and the 2 medium fries were the only things right. The fish sandwiches, the filets were super hard. No exaggeration looked like it was fried 3x each time after siting under a heat lamp for extended time. Unedible! And super salty, that didnt even make sense. It was like a packet of salt was poured on the filets. Then no tater sauce like advertised. There was a tbsps of mayo and 6 pickles. The mayo over powered everything and took 3 napkins to take off. The whoppers were under cooked! They had an off taste and just ended up in the garbage with the fish sandwiches. Ice-cream was also order without chocolate syrup and came with chocolate syrup. Super ridiculous this is what we have to pay $45 for! This order definitely turned us off of BK. I want to throw up...

Service was worst than poor. The server at the counter, looking like a tall, slim college kid, just didn't want to be there. He was extremely slow, did not care about serving his Customers in a timely manner. To get a simple croissant sandwich, hash browns, and coffee took over 30 minutes. Prepared Food from the cooks were stacked up in the Ready area waiting for him to bag them and distribute, but he was just la-di-da'ing. When my order was finally ready, he forgot the coffee. Told him and he said didn't I get it already? No. Well, it would take another three minutes to brew. What a useless $@&#. I was not the only person complaining. If you want frozen coke here or soft cone ice cream1, look else where. Avoid it like a plaque.
5 out of 6 times at around 2PM to 2:30PM, no frozen coke available. No more chances.
It is especially inconvenient when you ordered on app and then after arriving, only to be told frozen coke is not available at the window. I asked when they usually get restock. Told me within two weeks. After two weeks, but I returned additional week more, it is not available.
Not only that, the way they serve soft cone ice cream? I ordered them twice before. It was half the size or 1/3rd smaller compared to another BK...
