Fast Fresh Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

WARNING: THIS PIE IS EXTREMELY ADDICTING! Went here for the first time on Saturday. Placed my order for Large Combo add extra cheese and anchovies, a Medium Shrimp add extra cheese and a 10 piece hot wings in time enough to go grab beverages at Walmart across the street. I was a couple of minutes late. My order was ready. **The flavors that they put together on these pizzas!... Or maybe it's their brand of cheese, perhaps it's the crust, or the pizza sauce/ salsa packet condiments, or the fresh cut vegetables. There's nothing like fresh chopped raw garlic! Especially on a pizza! Just what do the sprinkle on the food here? It had myself, my husband and our four year old tickled to pieces. Yes, litteraly giggling with every other bite. I woke up wanting more by breakfast. Thanks to over compensating, we had leftovers. By dinner time the following day, my husband and I we're reminiscing about the Shrimp Pizza. THAT DAMNED SHRIMP PIZZA! Only this time, not just add extra cheese, like the night before. Anchovies on this pie seemed like a perfect idea. And you know what? It was. The sweet shrimp, married to red onions, not quite carmelized, but the sugar has been drawn out of them from the bake. Meshed with the pickled jalapenos and salty anchovies. There is a God... The service was impeccable. I love being remembered by another staff member other than the one who served you previously. It makes me feel special. This place is special. I'm trying my hardest to refrain from ordering again tonight. I so look forward to our next dinning experience at Fast Fresh Pizza. Keep up the...

They don't sell by slice, but seriously please don't let that stop you. I ordered a 12" Mexican pizza, and my goodness gracious is this the most delicious pizza I've eaten in a long long time - they truly live up to their name. The bottom still had a crisp snappy bite to it even though it drooped from the hot loaded cheesy toppings. The crust was light and fluffy on the inside and cracklingly delicious outside. The whole thing came out in a little under 10 minutes. I sat there in the parking lot eating one, then two, then a third slice with just a tissue, and the lovely cashier must have seen me because she came out masked and asked me from a distance whether I wanted napkins or plates. So considerate! I declined, but next time I'm in the area I will without fail...

Pizza was good. Had the personal pan which comes with a drink for a reasonable price. Cheesy garlic bread was spot on. Seen comments about customer service but had no issues. Dining in isn't what one would expect but all I wanted to do was eat a decent pie with a few friends. Wouldn't be able to fit more than that in the established seating... Which was fine with my group.

Many selections of pies, so pick your poison, you'll probably be good with it. Not sure if there are better places around, but in my case it turned out better than I hoped for not knowing the area and randomly picking...
