Frontera Grill Taco Truck — Restaurant in San Jose

I change to 5 stars because they improve ( last time I only gave 3 star because either beef or chicken dry) But now their meats are always juicy and sauce is very good ( good hot sauce). The Carne Asada is very good ( juicy now) and they give you good portion in Taco which is only 2.65 ( with tax it comes to 3 dollars exact). I also always get Carnitas, it is best juicy and they give you alot of it too. I think they are more generous than Las Delicias...last time I switch to Las Delicias because I thought they were good but Las Delicias start to be cheap ( portion) so I came back to Frontera. And Frontera is more generous ( in taco). They give you more and taco is cheaper & better. They also have taco de Lengua...you only pay 85 cent more ( the Lengua taco is 3.55) just make sure they still have it. Next time I should try burrito as it is...

Frontera food truck is located at Deanza and highway exit at 1188 S De Anza Blvd.

Probably the best taco truck I've tried so far. What made them stand out for me was the meat options for lengua (beef tongue) and tripa ( tripe). Not the usual menu options you'll normally see at other trucks.

You'll have to park at the McDonald's lot and walk over since the truck is situated at a gas station w limited parking.

Tacos:4/5 I got 3 different kinds of meat tacos: Lengua , Tripa and Camarones. Lengua was super soft , Tripa was creamy and well seasoned. Im definitely going back to try other menu items . Homemade sauces were amazing..just the right kick to round out the food truck experience.

I visit this taco truck about 3 to 4 times a month since I work close by. The food is good, not going to lie, but the cashier's attitude is horrible. I always order to go, and she hands me my order without a bag. Like really? If you ask her for salsa, she gets mad and says "only one salsa per order" like one salsa for 4 tacos.. I have offered to pay extra for extra salsa, and I still get an attitude. I have requested a few things a little out of the ordinary like, tortillas on the side and she will say ," we can't do that" . Overall her service is horrible. Im not sure if she's the owner but someone needs to talk to her because she gets 0/10 on...
