Food: Ok, let's talk about the food. Firstly, I was impressed how the business made smart decision by changing their operation model and partners with other restaurants.

They have Okonomiyaki (savory dish in a wheat flour based batter and variety of ingredients) with different toppings like pork, seafood, etc..They also have Fried squid legs, fried oysters, Chawamushi (steam egg), chicken karage, and more. They also partner with Shalala Deli to have some side dishes like kimchi, pickles and more.

Overall, the quality of food is decent and quick. I would probably grab food here more often as the line to get inside Mitsuwa...

I didn't know this place offer Japanese cuisine on the go! Just stepping into the place is awesome! There's pre-made dishes. I got the unagi dish, jellyfish salad, and a tempura 🍤 omyoki (don't mind the spelling lol) dishes. There Takoyaki is hella bomb 💣! So much variety. There's sushi, sashimi dishes and even a few rice balls! Great place to get a good Japanese meal. They also got desserts, drinks, and snacks if you don't want to go big.

Very friendly environment. Prices and instructions are super clear to understand. I thought prices for the food was fair. I kinda went overboard on food because I was excited that a place like this existed around my neighborhood lol. I did was well worth it.

4 stars dropped to 2 2-star: visit of 11/09/2023 : the portions have drastically been reduced. The okonomiyaki only fits like 60% of the to-go container and is thin. The Salmon sashimi has been sliced much thinner now.

4-star (never got around to leaving the original 4-star review) : This was my go-to place for Deluxe okonomiyaki and salmon sashimi box. I visited at least four separate occasions and always grabbed deluxe okonomiyaki, salmon box, and various other meals. The okonomiyaki is THICCK and has delicious toppings -- all have been great.
