Nest inside Mitsuwa Marketplace, this is where you will find capsule toys that can be found in Japan (but made in China) 😆. There are many Sanrio characters, popular Japanese animes like Demon Slayer, Spy Family, Ultra man, and more.

Tokens are $2 = 1 token and the Gashapon machine costs 2 to 5 tokens depending on the machine. The machine accepts dollar bills in $1, $10, and $20 and does NOT give you change. You can also use a credit card (apple or Google pay) but the minimum is $20, which gives you 10 tokens.

The overall space is decent but can fill up quickly on the weekend. It is worth checking it out if you happen to be here for Ramen and getting your mochi refill. Otherwise I think the value and the size of the toys are much better at Pop Mart at Valley Fair if you are into collecting...

Very cool shop conveniently located inside a Mitsuwa with a attached Kinokuniya! Unfortunately nearly everything worth getting is sold out, nearly all the good machines are sitting empty and based on previous pictures it looks like many capsule machines have been removed entirely. If they fix their stock issue it may be worth coming here but otherwise don't bother for the gashapon aspect. They do have quite a nice little selection of model kits and generic capsules like...

This is a wonderful place to visit to find all your gashpon needs! The staff there was so incredible and very helpful! Really love the fact that they enjoyed what they were doing!

I loved this particular location specifically because they update their selections every few weeks to a month which is kind of rare in my opinion! Very much looking forward to...
