Sushi Heaven — Restaurant in Saratoga

Located in a strip center; my dinning companion and I dined there for an early Friday evening dinner (around 6 Pm) and the place was PACKED but we were seated quickly without any reservations. They have LOTS of tables inside and some big screen TVs, a sushi bar (which was not being used for any seating at the time) and then a few outside in front tables facing the parking lot area. Ambiance was average or OK but the FOOD and SERVICE made up for that...

Started with the Garlic Edamame (not spicy) and it was wonderful and dressed just right with a garlicky ad tasteful paste. Could not get enough of them and their PORTIONS are large. We order a # of Nigiri sushi items (tekka maki, hamachi, etc.) an Unagi freshwater eel and avocado handroll, one of their large assortment of specialty rolls and a Sashimi dinner order which came with a side salad, or soup, etc. It was clear that their fish selections and quality grade was that of HIGH quality, extremely fresh and flavorful. The variety of available rolls was voluminous and they are LARGE portions. We enjoyed everything.

My only pet peeve would be that the the fish for the Sashimi was sliced too THICK - it might be a personal thing but i like my fish sliced and served more on the thinner in thickness size portions.

Sushi Heaven is my go-to sushi place if I ever wanted affordable sushi-sashimi since it's nearby. I always go around dinner time on the weekends, and there usually isn't much of a wait time...especially if you go right when they open.

《Parking》 They have a decent sized parking lot for all of the businesses there. In most cases, if there isn't parking infront of the restaurant, then you'd have to park in the way back of the lot where there isn't any buildings.

《Food》 I don't usually take many pictures here, I wish I did though...maybe next time. But I usually order the Sashimi combo dinner, King Kong Roll and Giant Roll. On occasion I'll order their tempura Udon. The sashimi combo dinner comes with miso soup and a bowl of rice with the platter of salmon, tuna, and yellow tail. Overall, their fish tastes really fresh, I've never had any problems with their quality. Their special rolls can be of different sizes, so it can get pretty filling.

《Customer Service》 Their staff are always very attentive and check up on you to see if the food is good. They always had great customer service! No complaints! I'll forsure be back to satisfy my next...

Today I became a fan. Service is really great as well as the quality of the fish. Really love the portions specially on the sushi.

We ordered a bunch of rolls but my personal favorite was hamachi dragon, which is not on the menu, but you could ask for it. It was really good.. it was shrimp tempura in the inside with yellowtail in the outside with jalapeños. If you like shrimp tempura and like spicy, this is the one.

Their salmon sushi was good, but the albacore.... even better... i am craving for this place already. I really like the vibe. I do feel its Korean owned as I have experience working at a Japanese sushi restaurant environment like this. The restaurant is very clean and so far all the staff have been friendly. Probably I will try their other rolls as well as their nigiri...
