The food is the only reason I'm leaving the one star, if it wasn't for that I would of given it ZERO stars, customer service has to be one of the worst I'v had in any business. This PE is the closest to my work and decided to take my 30 min lunch break here. The line was already pretty long when I walked in, but that's business, I had no problem waiting, but when I get to ordering, they tell me the teriyaki chicken will take a couple min... 5, 10, 15 almost 20 min and yet nothing. Meanwhile at least 15 customers walked past me in line getting their hot food while mine sat in their to go box while the chicken is being cooked. Finally I mention something to the cashier saying " I'm sorry but I have a 30 min lunch and it's almost over I can't wait any longer" and all she says is "ok..do you want anything else? And then the guy who originally told me it was gonna be a couple min (might be a manager, he was wearing different clothes) blurrs out "no sir I said 10 min! We have a timer) but I'm positive it's been more than 10 min and regardless I would of said no to the 10 min due to my lunch break. So I paid my full amount, no I'm sorry that took a while. I don't think that's the way you treat...

I ordered 8 bigger portion plates and 7 kids meals for a birthday. The order was a complete disaster, Lets start off with the fact most of the order that we received were not correct then to top it off the bigger plates were very small portions and the kids meals that had chow mien were the last of the servings. They had mainly onions and celery noddles were missing . When I called to speak to manager, she had no sense of customer service at all. The first thing that came out of her mouth was I needed to contact HR If I had a problem. IN WHICH THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE I DID! either way if they are going to put some one as skilled as her for manager I could only imagine the complaints that will be coming in. PIECE OF ADVICE YOU MAY WANT TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR JOBS! AND KEEP EXISTING CUSTOMERS HAPPY. OH AND IT WOULDN'T HURT TO SMILE ONCE IN A WHILE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS...

I asked about my order and the girl taking orders/distributing says oh its cause of what you ordered. Really rice bowl and an 2 entree order fried rice orange chicken and beef and broccoli. When she asks the counter they apparently lost my receipt. They make my order and instead of bringing it to me they place it on the counter and wait for the girl to give to but only after she takes 2 other customers orders first then goes back. She places the bag of food on the table and says not a word. I ask for an apology as courtesy for making a customer to wait for their incompetence and she looks at me and walks away. So I ask for a manager she says not one there I ask for a supervisor and some girl named Maria comes overand I ask again and she stares blankly. I had to ask 3 times before I got an insincere apology. This store needs some serious customer...
