âźď¸Was not intending to leave a review but seeing how many truly terrible reviews there are I think I should contribute. (Been here 10-ish times over the past 4+ years). I have worked in restaurants and customer service so I know that you can literally delight the hell out of 90 people but if you aggravate 10, they will make a point to complain officially and the other 90 will just leave with a smile on their face and not bother to even say thanks let alone write a positive review.
Ok review: while I have pretty much ALWAYS have to wait - I have never had rudeness problems or unprofessional service from them. And frankly donât mind the wait as for me itâs more time to hang with my kid. Jamba as a product/brand is too sweet / sugary for me so I always have to customize the drink in order to get something I can have (which staff are generally ok with). Also every time I ask for the rest that doesnât fit in the cup they kindly give it to me instead of pouring it out - which they have sadly stopped. And I know going there that theyâre catering to the kids, teens and people in their 20s who frequently go, so thatâs the taste profile that theyâre serving even though thereâs decor pictures of fruits and vegetables that includes kale, they donât have any kale âšď¸. 𼏠Atmosphere is standard and mostly clean. I come here with my kid and for redemption of fundraiser gift cards. There is always free and available parking. Obviously there are Vegan & Vegetarian options. And theyâre helpful if your school or group is doing a fundraiser. I have not worked with them personally on that but have purchased many times for that.
Feedback: Change music selection to something appropriate & lower volume. Consider offering a hack suggestion for a lower sugar drink & putting up a sign that says âsorry for the wait weâre busier at the momentâ to help manage expectations. Have organizations who purchase fundraising provide at least 1 positive review upfront. Canât tell you how many times I have serious level donations to some nonprofit or school or some religious affiliated organization and getting one person to leave a review to say thanks for that is so freaking hard - even if they promised to do it beforehand. So 4 âď¸s for all the fundraising services.
âźď¸Update: got message from this local owner stating what I needed to write and to whom. Wow thought I was doing a favor with 4 âď¸ long nice review- but seeing that meant no thank you & âhereâs what to write nextâ - nopeâźď¸ now I understand why the terrible reviews. Changed...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE THE STAFF IS TRASH , AND NOELLE the "trainer"] IS PROBABLY THE DUMPSTER THEY LEARN FROM.
You know what they say if a team is TRASH ITS THE COACH, and Noelle đ that's you.
BUT MAN , I went about 20ish minutes ago , and I'm unsure if I just don't want to go back to Jamba juice cuz how horrible the 3 girls were working, they took a few orders then got to me and my daughter and said if I could wait while they catch up ... so I say okay ... Legit about 8 minutes later they get to me I have one drink.. and they bunched orders again. So I'm sitting like dang I didn't know an orange dream machine was that hard, the other dudes didn't struggle like the afternoon staff did..
Sooo since they bunched orders it was about another 8 to 10 minutes to get my drink.
I've never seen it sooo slow it get an orange dream machine , I could have time traveled back to 2006 to orange Julius and got it faster then these people.
What kind of PATHETIC LOSER MANAGER HAS NEW HIRES WORKING MID DAY RUSH , one that needs to be fired,* also when I called on the phone she sounded like she needed to get smacked for how rude...
Read moreI highly do not recommend coming here. This place was highly understaffed and had two workers with no sense of urgency. When I ordered a smoothie and acai bowl, the man gave a heads up it might take about 20 minutes and I was fine with that. He said they were about 20 orders behind. I have experience working at an acai restaurant and even at the peak hours when we received large online orders we never got 20 orders behind. This Jamba Juice needs to figure it out. However 20 minutes passed and then 10 minutes passed and I finally got one smoothie. Another 20 minutes passed and I asked about my acai bowl. It seemed as though they forgot about my dragon fruit acai bowl order because right as I asked them the man told the other worker, a teenager, to start working on it. While watching him cut the strawberries, bananas and put the toppings on at the speed of molasses I finally got my watered down and liquidy acai bowl after about an hour. I loved Jamba Juice but I wonât be going...
