NO GLOVES BEING USED TO HANDLE FOOD! I really like Jamba, just leaving a review to complain about this employee. I ordered online an açai bowl and arrived early to the store. I saw her prepping my bowl and saw that all the food was handled without gloves. I could have missed, but I did not even saw her wash her hand before grabbing the food.

I wanted to give this store with MINUS STAR if applicable. I went today at this store to redeem my birthday free small drink.  I entered my cell number on the touch screen and it showed I am qualified to have a free drink  so I pressed YES.  BUT they refused to give it to me.  Then I paid for the 12oz Great Green and bring the Jamba Juice seasonal recycle cup for 10% discount.  The drink came up just a HALF cup  (I think the cup is good for 16oz) so I don't think it should be 12oz and the drink like a green color water without any taste.  The juice preparer didn't wear a glove to grab the food is not legal and not hygiene.  Also there are TWO girls are very impolite.  I can tell the cashier is convinced to my front customer for the gift card for 5 minutes in purpose to keep me wait.  Because she didn't tell me about the gift card and the customers behind me (it was at least 4 customers during my wait for my drink).  I am very disappointed to this store and never come back.  I got a very pleasant experience on last Wednesday on the Hacienda Center, 797 E. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087.  I was redeemed my $3 Off too and they didn't refuse it.  

I didn't CHEAT for the drink and I qualified to redeem it.  It was terrible experience with this store.

Inconsistent. My order was delicious. However I had ordered 2 of the Chunky Strawberry Bowls. That’s $8.99 each. Asked the girl to just pour into cups as we were going on a road trip. I think she made 1 drink worth of smoothie in the blender and just poured it into 2 cups. But I still paid $8.99 EACH. The cups weren’t even half full. So very disappointed. I took photos to show my husband that I really didn’t eat half of his order! I probably got like 8 spoonfuls before my...

I just came there it was 9:17pm, they do work till 9:30pm. So the girl said that they stop receiving orders from 9:15pm!!! Please help me to understand, if I’m coming from home to get something from Jamba Juice, knowing that they gonna be close at 9:30pm and when I’m coming at 9:17pm they just telling to the customers that they don’t receive orders from 9:15pm.
