Such rude staff at this store. Never had such experience in all these years at any store and I have been a loyal customer of HomeGoods. I went to return 2-3 very small house hold items at this store. They accused me of using the items and putting back the cover/label on the same. All this on the basis of some water stain on an item which should have been there at the time I bought it. In my opinion, I did not notice the stains until they showed it to me and it did not even matter to me. As it did not fit in my dresser,I immediately kept it back in the same home good bag to return. And then I was there to return these today, But then they kept repeating the same blame that this item is used. Similar issue for one of the other item. Point is they kept blaming me and taunting me(like now all this return is trash for us). And kept giving me looks as well. Despite it was a within 30 days return window, they did not refund me but gave a store credit. One of the staff clearly told me either take the store credit or they will deny the return. They spoiled my whole evening. I initially had plans to explore the store and may be buy some stuff but after all this I did not want to stay there for a...

OMG - this was the worst experience ever at this store. Im not sure if Home Goods is closing half their stores or if they got an extra $4 billion in inventory from China. .. the store was so TOTALLY OVER JAM PACKED with stuff, it was just pure insane shopping there. 4 differant items were on the same hook , the shelves , the isles , the walls - everything was just jam packed. Customers had thrown the stuff on the floors. The store looks like its managed by a horder or prepper , husband & wife team....fighting over who gets the most shelf space. They had 4 years of Halloween inventory on 8 rows of shelves......and when i commented how insane that was they were trying to BS me that people are begging for the stuff 10 weeks early.....

I had the worst experience entering this store. My siblings and I were pleased about a product we had finally found, and as soon as we told each other, an employee named Mary approached us in the most uncomfortable way. She asked us if we were buying the item and then stood there as if we weren't. I informed her that we were, and she replied, "If not, I'll put them back." When I notified the woman that I intended to buy them, she stood in front of us, annoyed. I then proceeded in line with all of the things as she exited the register, most likely embarrassed.
