Be careful if they dont give you change. I ordered Carnita burrito....she said they dont have Carnitas so I quicklyy switch to Chicken burrito. plus I also ordered Taco ( Lengua) and Taco ( Asada). Total was 18 something and she tried to take a 20 from me ( when I ask for receipt, she gave me only one dollar back) So it is true they try to take your change ( If you dont ask for it). They were cheap with the Lengua & Asada Tacos. 3.64 for each taco, they hardly give any meat ( so little meat). The chicken burrito was kind of good but very dry. At least they put beans in the Chicken burrito. So I recommend trying the burrito, they give you more food, but the tacos are so tiny ( hardly any meat). The only time the Taco might be worth it is during Happy hour (2pm-5pm?) they have special before 5pm of 2 tacos for $5. Maybe that is why they are so cheap with meat on taco. But the cashier should tell the cook that she charged me full price ( 3.64 per taco) so it was over 7 dollars for 2 tacos with cheap amount of meat. I only recommend the burrito. I thought Mexicans were generous but I guess this...
Read moreDO NOT come to this taco truck. They rip people off constantly! I called in an order for 2 burritos of Asada and 2 Tacos of Asada, I asked how much it would be and she said $53. I thought that was a little much for what I ordered so I said never mind. Then I had my mom call in on her phone and ask how much the tacos and burritos were each. She stated that asada tacos are $3.98 each and the asada burritos are $15 each. That adds up to $37.96 before taxes. So why did she tell me $53 over the phone? I know taxes are not $15. This isn’t the first time this happens to me. Another time I went in person and paid with cash. I noticed when she gave me the change that she gave me the bills but not the coins. This taco truck is dishonest and the ladies always have a...

As I approached the taco truck, I was immediately inspired by the passion of this family business. I felt layers of respect for their operation. The service was outstanding, with all the sides and sauces you could want for your Mexican food easily accessible.
I'm a number one fan of trying tripa and lengua at a Mexican restaurant, and the flavors of both were spot on—I loved every bite. I also tried the quesabirria, which was again delicious and melted in my mouth.
Wherever you are in the Bay Area, I highly recommend stopping by this hidden gem of...
