First time I've had a major issue at this location and I know it's not due to a misunderstanding. I was olfactory surprised when the person who took our drive through order spoke English and not as a second language. This caused me to have no concerns about our order even though it was 1015PM and they closed at 1030. I ordered the chicken club meal and my boyfriend ordered the ranch BLT chicken sandwich meal. The only real difference between the two is that the club comes with cheese, the BLT does not; and the ranch BLT has ranch (duh), while club has mayonnaise. I even clarified the differences when I ordered. Our order was ready relatively quickly and we had enough containers in the bag so we headed home. I'd barely eaten all day so I was really looking forward to my sandwich. Unfortunately when I opened the box, it contained a classic chicken sandwich instead of the club so instead of chicken, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes, I just got chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes, with way too much mayo and a tiny piece of chicken. It would have been almost OK, but the bun was way to soggy for it to have been freshly toasted, and the fries were completely cold. I live 3 minutes from the restaurant so they didn't get that cold in that amount of time. I tried to call the restaurant Eben discovered the mistake, but no one answered and it was only 1035 so I doubt they were done closing already. I called to just inform them of the mistake, not to try and finagle something free out of them, especially since I wasn't gonna drive back over there. Read moreThe customer service here is the worst. No matter what shift the staff have bad attitudes. This morning I went through the drive thru and as usual the order taker doesn’t greet and just says “what can I get you?” No hello, welcome or will you be using your app. I get to the pick up window I greet the lady with a smile and small talk. She could care less. I ask to speak to the manger. Francisco comes and says he the manager. I ask him to clarify if he’s responsible for the shift and he says yes. So I ask him why is it that every time I come here I get horrible customer service. He looks at me with a blank and void stare. So I continue, that I can go to any In N Out or Chick Fil A and sit in line for 15-20 and the staff are swamped with guest but still have a smile on their face and show you that they value me as a customer. Why can’t this staff do this? He responds that I need to ask the store manager he doesn’t know. So I respect back to him aren’t you in charge of the shift? He repeats you need to speak to the store manager I’m busy and walks away. With a manager like him it’s no wonder the staff is horrible. Oh I also told Francisco that we pay good money to come here. There is no $1 menu. The least we deserve is good customer service. Also the staff is finally getting paid a fair wage of $20. I support them but they should be held to a higher standard. But the craziest part is not only did the person handing off the food get visibly annoyed when i asked for extra sauce after only giving one, even when i offered a quarter, he pointed and said “go wait in 1” then closed the window before i could even ask how long it would take since i am on break. So i park expecting maybe 5 minutes tops since i only ordered 2 meals of regular cheese burgers and a mc flurry. 10 minutes go by and already TWELVE cars have left . NO one else has been placed in the numbers.
THEE WORST PART! is i saw a guy walk out , look at my car, then go back in. So i had to walk inside and ask 3 different workers about my meal, and of coarse it’s been bagged and sitting on the table (you can tell he was holding it already too) and the food was cold. they just handed it off to me without any explanation or smile or words at all.
Very upsetting since i have no idea why they would act like that considering im always very respectful to service workers as i used to be one myself .
