Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies — Restaurant in San Jose

Waste of money and poor customer service! Excited there is a Nations Burger but save your time and money by dining elsewhere (chick-fil-a, subway, McDonald, Burger King anywhere but here.) I ordered a chili cheese burger and instead I was shocked to receive chili cheese slop! The chili cheese burger presentation was awful! The only delicious part of the order was the strawberry cheesecake. The girls at the service counter were clueless as to what orders had already gone out and orders waiting. The four girls working the counter were yelling at each other instead of working as a team. They were very unprofessional and made the atmosphere chaotic! The girls were very negative, unprofessional, and lacked a team work work ethic. The only person who was professional was the manager who took my initial order. Thank you to the manager who was the only person who showed professionalism. Sorry nations burger I will not be spending...

I've been here plenty of times, once for the dinner rush and many times for breakfast. The employees have been friendly during the times I've visited, which makes the experience even better. I'm obsessed with the kid's breakfast sausage burrito (perfect size) and the sliders are amazing. Mornings are relaxed, dinner hours get lively, and seating is limited, but the service is classic diner timing rather than "fast food."

The strawberry tart with cream was delicious, and the lemon meringue pie tasted just like Marie Callender's. If had to pick between Denny's or here, I'd pick here. The menu isn't as big, but it nails the breakfast basics while offering solid burger joint options.

My only nitpick is that online ordering isn't super obvious. Even scanning the bar code in-person gave me trouble, but honestly, that's just a drop in the ocean compared to everything else...

I've been here twice now, once to try their breakfast, and then the second trip a burger. Food is good and the chili fries are close to what I loved about Johnny Rockets chili and so I may have found a new place to get my chili fries crave fixed now. I'm finally glad that something at this location finally got established. Since this retail park was built, this particular location never got establish, and probably because of the parking situation in my opinion. This maybe the only thing that may suffocate the business as long as they keep the food tasting great, great service, and costs down. I only managed to get here is because I got there just after the lunch time rush and before the early dinner crowed at around 2:30pm on a Friday.
