Pizza Presidente — Restaurant in San Jose

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. First, the pizza. I ordered a Quesadilla pizza, was a bit plain as for the broth it had some flavor. When it arrived the cheese didn’t seem fully melted and kind of tasted more like it had been sitting under a heat lamp than fresh out of the oven which was disappointing. The pineapple and ham pizza was decent just lacked some toppings.

The wings were even worse. I ordered multiple different flavors of wings, but what I got was a sad, flavorless batch. They were overcooked, dry, and lacked any of the kick and flavor you’d expect from wings. To make it worse, the sauce was just poured on top of the wings, leaving the rest dry and unappetizing. If I wanted bland chicken with no seasoning, I would have cooked at home.

The service was also underwhelming. It took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive, and when I called to check on the order, the staff was dismissive and gave no apology for the delay. For the prices they charge, I expected way better quality and customer service.

I won’t be returning. There are plenty of better pizza and wing spots in the area that offer fresher food, faster service, and...

First time going, went with some friends, we tried 4 different pizzas, the birria, BBQ chicken, al pastor and spicy chorizo, ALL of them were good, very hot and cheesy 👌🏼. We also ordered jalapeno poppers and those were soo good too. Way way better than any pizza chain. Can't say anything bad, pizza came out fast the place was relatively quiet which I don't mind at all I actually prefer it , it was a bit small in size but it's not a bad thing and the price was good. I wish I could have gotten some better pictures but the pizza looked so good we didn't want to wait . The only one I didn't take a picture of was the bbq chicken. I definitely recommend it, imo the best regular crust pizza in town hands down, I have a favorite deep dish pizza place so can't say this is my favorite pizza place in general 😂 my only complaint I guess is the al pastor could have used a bit more meat but other than that...

This place is new and it's pretty good, the pizza is not bad but a bit higher priced, they need to perfect their pizza dough, the crust was a bit chewy and bland. The service needs some development as well, the person at the register was very pleasant and helpful but slow in getting orders and tending to the guest trying to pay or place an order. Overall it's a new place and it's understandable that they need some time to get their service to where they would like to be. I'll check back in a few months...
