Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

So I went here 3 weeks ago, and just to share my experience I was waiting for next door to become available to get my nails cut down. I decided to go in here and order a salad and a personal Pizza they didn't have a salad and I should say first I waited for like 10 minutes while these two Chinese women went back and forth while I was standing there as a customer and was ignored literally 10 minutes before she started to take my order to only find out they don't sell salad and their service was awful they kept going back and forth the entire time mid taking my order or trying to I ended up leaving after about 12 minutes and there with nothing. Total waste of my time very rude and unprofessional you would never have this experience at a professional establishment. Awful I wouldn't return as much as I love Round Table I would find another one even though this one is only about 2 miles...

Doesn't even deserve one star. We ordered a pizza online at 8 PM and they close at 9. We got there at 8:15 and they said they can't make the pizza because they are closing and wouldn't make the pizza! Why say you close at 9 if you cannot take an order at 8 PM.

Do not go here! Horrible customer service and does not care!!

While we were there, they got more online orders a person from the back came to the cashier and showed multiple tickets that the online system printed, and the cashier stated to just let it be and NOT make the order. It was only 8:19 PM. Google, Round Table app, yelp, all mention a closing time of 9:00 PM.

Save your time and energy and go to another Round Table or pizza spot. Staff is RUDE and the reviews posted by others are accurate. Seems like it is a common theme on the customer service and what to expect at this location. Hope corporate steps in the...

Round Table Pizza truly is the last honest pizza. What I love is their pizza is not saturated with tomato sauce so you get the actual flavor of the other ingredients however, they really need to cut up the pieces of the vegetables a bit smaller otherwise, the absolute best! Oh yeah, due to the pandemic, they do stop taking phone orders about an hour or so prior to close if you're picking up. My favorite place for a good pizza. Pricey though. I can cook a full meal given the cost of a medium or large pizza. 😁. You can't go wrong with a Round Table Pizza. BTW, I forgot to add that I have been eating Round Table Pizza my entire life!
