Sharetea — Restaurant in San Jose

Sharetea Fremont was on the way for us so we figured we'd just get our tea fix here. The location I usually go to is the one in Union City which is actually about just as close distance wise to my home in Fremont. However, I've never found Sharetea to be anything extraordinary. I mean, the drinks are always good and they definitely compare to other top ranked boba spots in terms of variety and quality... But there was just never anything SPECIAL about it that brings me back. That said, yesterday's visit to the Fremont location really surprised me! I don't know if it's just the Fremont location, or Sharetea has stepped up and made recipe/quality changes overall as a chain.. The tea flavor of the Oolong tea was extremely pronounced, even after adding milk. The pudding had good flavor as well. I ordered another drink with aloe as a topping and the aloe here is by far the best I've had from a boba place (the most perfect soft/chewy consistency)

Service was friendly and quick as the whole shop was empty around the time we went. Decor was modern and inviting. Hopefully they can keep up the quality, I will be...

I love this place. It has a varied selection of green and milk teas on the menu. It's very welcoming and clean. Also, they have a great friendly staff who is always willing to help you choose from the menu or try something different.

The concept of having the option to choose your sugar and ice level is the best thing about Share Tea. Also, there add toppings price is pretty affordable which lets you try different things - they also let you do half and half topping so that at least there is some tea left for you ;)

My all time favorites are the classic milk tea, kiwi refresher, mango green tea. Also, a must try are the mini perl bobas when you don't want to go all the way. Aloe vera topping is also good - tastes the same as jelly but you can trick your mind into thinking you are eating healthy!

Great place to hang out with friends as they have BOGO offers going on in the summer and also regular happy hours!! It's right across costco so errands can be always clubbed with some pick-me-up boba tea :D

Their also very popular topping is the pudding and ice-cream...

Customers should be greeted when walking in, or at least when you're next to order. In my first visit, I wasn't greeted, and I wasn't sure if we were next or not, so I had to play the eye-game to figure that out. Ordering was fine, and I even got a good recommendation, but when my girlfriend was placing her order (right after me, same transaction), I heard the attendant said something about the number of toppings my gf was ordering, squint (but she had just told me earlier that I could put as many as I'd like to in my drink...?)

As we proceeded to pay, I noticed nobody was wearing hair nets, or gloves, and I think one of the guys was wearing (brown/tan) Nike slippers...

And then, next thing you know... We got a hair in my gf's drink.

Nike Slippers man apologized sincerely, and had the drink remade at no extra cost.

Beverages were delicious! Place looks great! Decor is really nice, and price...
