Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

Nothing like a good morning coffee to get your day started. But what makes it even better is when your coffee is made perfect and by friendly staff. This morning I walked in half awake order a cinnamon shortbread latte. (Venti)the barista named ARCE made my drink and let me tell you it was the best short bread latte I have ever had. And believe me I have ordered them many different ways but she did tell me before I left that it was going to be the best latte ever and she was on point! So thank you for making my day so much more better 😊. Overall the store in general is awesome and always on time with orders not to mention they are all so friendly and know how to make someone's day better with their smiles

Updated! Now it sadly seems that things have definitely changed at this location . The staff is not very friendly anymore and to top it off my drinks are not the same. I dont know if it is a new manager but either way they need to step it up. I find myself getting upset each time I go. They make the drinks super sloppy and not the way they are suppose to. Wont be going...

ROACHES ROACHES BEWARE!!!!!!'m from los Angeles I came to visit San Jose and came in to this Starbucks I am a golden member I have 10 rewards drink every week in witch mean I consume Starbucks every day literally I have never seen a dirty assss Starbucks in my life like this one they literally have roaches crawling in the cash registers I asked to speak to the manager just to mention that there were roaches crawling around the cash registers and she said "oh yeah we know" ...it seems that it was normal for her I even pointed out the roach and she didn't even bother to do anything. The trash bins were over flowing with roaches in the inside and the outside. I understand that it is closing time because I work in a fast food restaurant and is understandable for the store to be dirty BUT not that dirty like this Starbucks was!! I wonder if corporate knows about how dirty this store is or what if heath services shows...

I went today (06/08/21) and the workers were very kind. Upon entering they greeted my mom and I with a smile and a hello. They forgot one of my drinks but that was a mistake on my end for not speaking louder and clearer, they were very sweet when I told them they forgot one of my drinks and they even gave me a free coffee in exchange! I wasn’t upset because their whole vibe was very great and they make you feel comfortable and as if you’re talking to a group of your closest friends. I would definitely go back. I didn’t get all of their names but one of the cashiers was named Kevin. Plus the drinks tasted good even though they made the drinks very quickly even though they were training...
