Good Ole' Starbucks! Such a convenient place to go, being as there really is one, on just about every corner. I feel like if you review one Starbucks, then you are reviewing them all. The only thing that would set one Starbucks apart from another Starbucks, would be the employee's or the service that you received as a customer. So, I have not been to Starbucks in while now but the other morning I was out early and I felt like I wanted a warm drink. I didn't want a coffee or creamer or anything that had sugar in it. I just wanted a Cup of hot water with lemon and a dollup of honey. Very simple and hopefully as healthy as I was told it was. The service was great, the place was clean. I was at the one on the corner of Naglee and Park, in San Jose. My only complaint, is almost not even a valid one because this is a coffee joint and I want a lemon and honey drink. They didn't have any fresh lemons laying around! No biggie! I had an unsweetened green tea, instead. "Get some lemons Starbucks!" "It wouldn't hurt to offer some more healthy alternatives and slap it up there on your menu for people like me, if you don't then the tea house down the street, is going to take your potential customers!" Aww but this is where the slightest variance makes these 2 young men stand out and specificity Logan. Quite often I have an will here thank you for your service ... Truth I don't know how to respond as I do not speak for all US Marine's. I myself am greatful to have the Honor ... There is no where eles in the world you can be "A United States Marine " Back to these 3 young men I was treated respectfully from the moment I walked through the door. As nothing more than a customer. And this is where the true measure of a human being are found and with this I say good on ya 👏. Read moreI recently visited this Starbucks store and was disappointed with my experience. I requested no ice in my drink but was disappointed to find that my cup was not filled to the top. I understand that the no ice request may leave some extra room in the cup, but there was a noticeable difference in the amount of liquid compared to a standard drink. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I expect consistent quality and attention to detail in my drinks. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to filling cups to the top in the future to ensure customer...
