I just left this store and was terribly harassed by the store manager, Rosa. This is not the first time i have been harrassed at this store. Two other leads of this store have done the same in the oast. I have reported both and nothing has happened. The biggest reason why they get away with it is because Starbucks allows it. This store should not be in business. I only went there because my home store wasn't open. Otherwise I would NEVER go to this store. I ordered a drink tonight and because I requested a few substitutions that I request everyday at my home Starbucks store which is never an issue, and if you know starbucks, they are the company that invented the jargin in the first place; easy to understand substitutions, I asked in addition if the barista could pour the cream I added so I could see how much they are pouring, because twice now when I have gone there unfortunately, they have put too much cream even though I am specific about how much I am asking for. I know there are drinks way more complicated than the one I ordered. If the manager was a good business person, they would understand that I am trying to keep them from wasting product and time, being a business owner myself. When I asked the batista I was ordering from these requests, the store manager, Rosa interjected on the speaker abd immediately started attacking me. I don't even know anyone at the store. She targeted me immediately. Telling me that I couldn't order my drink the way I wanted, and that it was too complicated, and that I would need to come inside etc. It was totally outlandish and unoprofessional. I said on the speaker to her that was she telling me that I couldn't order the way I wanted my drink? I said I was a customer and that I order the same drink daily at my home store and there are never problems with what I order. She continued to attack me. I put a stop to it at the speaker letting her know that she needed to leave me alone. She was definitely targeting me. When I got to the window it got worse. She immediately started attacking me again! She started accusing me of falsities that I didn't even follow. I immediately told her to leave me alone again. She would not stop verbally attacking me. I told her to stop talking to me and just let me pay for my items and be done. She finally stopped when she understood I meant business and that she needed to stop. Then she decided to be more professional. I didn't make eye contact with her. After I got my items, I asked for her name and I told her that I would be reporting her and I left. Unfortunately my daughter was in the car with me and had to witness this terrible behavior. Thank God there were witnesses. It's amazing how some people think they can get away with this behavior at their place of work. If you don't like working there then don't be there. One day this store is going to have a lawsuit on their hands. They are allowing people to work there that are harrassing people...
Read moreI am compelled to write this review, although it is deeply disappointing, as this marks the first instance in which I have encountered an unpleasant experience with Starbucks. I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for over 15 years, having frequented their locations since my middle and high school years, and even having worked at a Starbucks location inside a Safeway at one point. My patronage of Starbucks exceeds 100,000 visits.
On the morning of April 9th 2025, at approximately 9:20 AM, I was informed that I was required to make a purchase in order to receive a cup of water. This is an experience I have never had with the company before. To clarify the situation, I initially asked one employee, and another colleague, who overheard the conversation, began preparing the water. However, upon hearing the response, she ceased preparing the water and appeared just as confused as I was.
Subsequently, I approached the cashier to request a cup of water, only to receive a similarly hesitant response, reiterating the requirement to purchase something in order to obtain water. This was particularly troubling, as Starbucks has long been recognized for its commitment to superior customer service.
As a result of this experience, I ordered an iced coffee using my Starbucks rewards points, but I was still left with an unresolved feeling regarding the water. While I am willing to afford Starbucks another opportunity to restore my faith in their service, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to this particular branch...
Read moreIm not pleased with my experience tonight at all. As someone who used to work at Starbucks for 3 years, it's not that difficult to follow the recipe. Tonight I ordered 3 caramel fraps no mods and they gave me milk and ice, so obviously I went back. I told them its not sweet and I cant taste coffee and apparently the barista didnt like that very much lol and his sassy self decided to come see who didnt like the drink he poured his heart of ice and milk into and told us "youre gonna have to wait cause theres traffic" lmaooo. The line had 4 cars and inside was closed...this is at 9pm mind you. I loveee this Starbucks, so I'm gonna keep coming but its never that deep to give so much sass towards a customer. Pick a different shift if you cant handle the extreme pace of night shift 😔😔. And yea i had time today lol i wanted my craving satisfied and got served a man who seems like he's PMS'ing...
