Subway — Restaurant in San Jose

We came here for a quick bite. We ordered meatball sandwich with flatbread and the entire experience is terrible. The guy was very rude and complained about we should not use flatbread for meatball sandwich. We have done this same combination in other Subway for many many times and never got problems. It's true it can get messy sometimes but I thought the point of making your sandwich instead of buying pre-made one is you get your favorite combination. Second of all, the restroom is locked and you have to ask for a code to enter. I have been to many subway restaurant before and this is the first time I see this. Anyway, they might have their reasons of do so. Third of all, since the meatball can sometimes gets messy, I usually ask for a fork just in case. But when I ask, that guy told me the fork is only for salad. Excuse me? Again, never happened to me before. Maybe the ones I went before were too good or something, this subway is super bad comparing with other ones. Last but not the least, the meatball is super dry and doesn't taste good. Asked for a chopped chicken salad with spinach. Dude gave me only a few leaves of spinach and so I asked for more, then he added three more leaves and made a big deal of me asking for more when he's charging 2 dollars more than a 6 inch for a salad with less ingredients. I told him the salad looked tiny. And he said he'd have to charge more for for more spinach! I asked how much and he said 30 cents. I said fine and they added more spinach. Looked at my receipt walking out he had charged me 50 cents for extra cheese! Proving they don't have a button to charge for extra spinach. Rude employee. I walked into the empty Subway to pick up my order. The Asian Indian lady worker came out from the back so I said "Hi, I have a pick up for 2 wraps?" she replied "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?!" like I'm her child. I just stared at her in confusion for 3 seconds and I said my name... she told me to "just check your name" pointed at the pickup area and went back in.

This store will not accept the coupon that's advertised on the front page of Subway's website. I already created my order so I ordered anyways.
