I was prescribed a blood glucose monitor by my physician and purchased it without being told that my prescription was incomplete !! I went home and found out I could not utilize it as It required lancets (a couple were included). But no Strips to read my blood level with….Just doesn’t make any sense!! I contact Walgreens pharmacy only to find out “they are waiting on a clear instruction use for the strips and lancets “ I contact my doctors office and shortly after I receive a text saying I have a prescription ready . I pick up my lancets and strips which are expensive and get home and proceed to try the new monitor only to find out they are the incorrect strips and lancets also do not fit!! I contact Walgreens via chat on the app as the store iwas then closed. I was informed I could get the correct ones by taking the monitor and incorrect strips to my pharmacy however the next day I go into my Walgreens pharmacy and find out because I did not keep my receipt for the incorrect monitor although I had the receipt for the lancets and strips I was not able to get a refund !!!! Walgreens in Cupertino CA has the worst customer service ever !!!! I went ion a Saturday morning and the store was closed mind you it was supposed to be open at 8 am it was 915 am no one was there !!I show up at noon and there was only 1 employee in the store with a long line of people upset they had been waiting at photo department and also a long line at checkout poor man kept apologizing and saying he was the only employee . What happened to the days when employees did not show up and managers would have to cover. Walgreens needs to take care of their employees!!!!It is painfully obvious Walgreens definitely needs to hire better management and specially...
Read moreI needed to renew my passport and my family of four needed the visa photos. We first tried the CVS in our neighborhood. Boy, it was such negative experience that we had to return all the photos and get refunded. Out of frustration, we went to this Walgreens. All together we had to come in three times, because the US online passport renewal photo upload app failed to preserve the resolution after rotation, and the other visa website was being super picky about how face needs to be fully visible. We came in twice on Sundays and once on a workday and had interacted with Francisco (?), another girl on Sunday that I forgot about her name and Jessica on a workday. Every interaction was very positive. They were professional, competent, helpful and pleasant to talk with. Great qualify of service should not go unnoticed, which seems to be declining after the pandemic
Another thing that is worth mentioning is that the photo editing app on their kiosk is very similar to the online photo upload app, which can immediately verify if a photo meets the requirements from various countries of passport and visa. Unlike the ancient...
Read moreThis review is for the Walgreens Pharmacy Department. I went to the Pharmacy Department for 2 times the year 2024. Both times my needs were definitely not met. Initially, an Asian male with glasses pharmacist told me Walgreens does not accept my health insurance. I was told to basically leave the store by the Asian male pharmacy worker. I tried again later this year with another insurance. This time an Asian female without glasses raised the concern to her pharmacist. This Asian male without glasses pharmacist told me to basically leave the Walgreens store. I don't think I feel safe coming to Walgreens Pharmacy at all at this point due to their immaturity, lack of professionalism, animosity, lack of trust, and no respect. Hopefully this review will lead Walgreens Pharmacy customers to go to another pharmaceutical company not Walgreens Pharmacy. I 100 percent do not recommend...
