I always purchase drinks and foods in this place, and every time the cashier here I meet was nice and polite. However today I meet the worst server here, her name is TRAN (the name was on the receipt). When I walk into this place, she didn’t say hi or something, even nor a smile. She just stared straight at me and took my order. She spoke to me even without open her mouth, I can’t get what she said. I try to polite to ask her “I’m sorry, excuse me?” She looked confused and impatient, and just stared at me again without a word!!!! Is she retarded???? I’ve never seen a cashier such RUDE like her! Never come back...

0% sweetness 🤍is really unsweetened and bitter. I think they are more strict to the sweetness than another boba place. So be aware that you will like zero sweetness if you like bitter only.

And when we asked them to remake it they didn't have the recipe on them so they had to call another store. Took forever.
