Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Jose

Drive through orders are always a 50% chance they will miss on accuracy. There is no check or confirmation with the customer when handing off their order or to recheck with the preparer if the order was made exactly as what was asked. I ordered a vegetarian Double Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito last night at drive through. Came home and find meat in it. Worse, there is no receipt in the bag to even go back to store to tell them. It has happened to me on drive through at this location other times as well and I am always hesitant to go there after 9 PM, but last night I was just craving so much for this that I decided to take the chance; I failed, or I should say, they failed me. There may be some language barrier as well but proper training and customer service should be the cornerstone of such fast pace business which this business does not...

Probably one of the best Taco Bells I have been to. I always see the same employee guy and he's always so kind to the customers.

It's very easy to modify your order even through microphone. Food comes out very quick, and it comes out fresh too. I eat vegetarian, and there's almost always no mistake when I ask for no meat.

This Taco Bell has a very welcoming atmosphere. No judgement from anyone as everyone is just eating or waiting for their Taco Bell. I enjoy talking my friends and eating my Taco Bell. It's near a high school, so lots of students come in during lunch which adds to the ambiance.

I have been to many Taco Bell’s in my life time across multiples states and even in Japan, there’s something about this one that is absolutely amazing, and because the ingredients are the same, that something has to be the staff and the leadership. It’s by far the freshest and most consistent textbook tacobell experience, the food is never watery and always super fast, warm, proportionate as one would expect from looking at the menu and they never let me down. I can the these workers care quality.
