I've been coming to this place for years since it is really close to my bf's house. The whole family comes here atleast 3-4x a week. Most of the time were missing order or they are giving us wrong order. Since we come here through drive thru, we don't want to walk out the car to complain so we just let it go. Today, i drove up to their drive thru and got wrong order since it was my son's order i had to drive around and go inside. The guy crew was helpful and respectful but one of indian manager came up to me and ask if the guy who took the order repeated my order which he only told me my total when u drove up to the window. She told me that i am wasting the food and walked away. Where did the respect went? I approach them without getting angry i understand people makes mistake and it was really busy day in the drive thru. Don't i deserve a sorry? First of all i did not want the food to get wasted and i hated the fact that i have to walk outside in a cold day to get the right order. Lady please don't blame me or the order taker. You should fix your drive thru monitor so we can all review the order. When it's busy i dont think you want him to repeat all the orders or else you will have a long long line in the drive thru. Read moreI couldn't wait to try the new Big Cheez It Tostada and my Nacho Cheese fries that I love but to my dissapointment there was a diagnal line of watery meat sauce a strip of sour cream that jus turned to water with the meat a load of lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. Needless to say quality comes from the people serving it on the line and they were satisfied with serving me an item that looked like it belong in the misshap pile because there was more water than meat. I still enjoyed the flavor and the whole Big Cheez It idea is what I was really there for however I really feel like the quality isnt met on the food line and thats where it matters the most, my cheese fries were cold and tasted stale which was a huge let down because they are my ultimate favorite so this trip was a sad one for me. Read moreHorrible late night experience. Came to get a meal about midnight on July 27, 2024 on the drive thru, we had a small issue that a lady employee gave soda with ice but we ordered without ice. The lady there was very rude and nasty at the window. Very rudely spoke to us and mentioned that we should have ordered without ice while ordering during drive-thru speaker. I politely mentioned that we did that. She got nasty and angry and gave the new soda without ice but while giving the cup, she told us rudely we do not want your business and we should go to a different restaurant. This is ridiculous that the management is not training their employees properly how to behave and communicate with their regular customers.
