Chicken and rice bowls for the win. They also have noodles too. You can make create your own combinations of protein, rice or noodles, with or without veggies. We tried the orange chicken and the teriyaki - both were good. Pot stickers were so-so. Customer service was excellent. They explained how it works

Quick service. Food was good. The spicy teriyaki chicken was really spicy (we normally eat spicy) but tasty. We also had the katsu that was great. The veggies were fresh too. Will visit again.

Food is delicious, however, there is one downside: the employees. At this location I encountered a cashier whose attitude can only be described as nasty. She seems perpetually annoyed and uninterested in providing any semblance of customer service. What’s particularly baffling is the dramatic change in her attitude when she interacts with her coworkers. She becomes cheerful, chatty, and visibly more pleasant, often laughing and joking around with the rest of the staff. This stark contrast makes it even more evident that her rude behavior is reserved specifically for customers, which is both puzzling and disappointing. Simple requests or questions are often met with eye rolls or curt responses, which detracts from the otherwise positive experience at the restaurant.

Despite this, the quality of the food and the generous portions make it worth the visit. If management could address the issue with the cashier’s attitude, and employees loudly singing with customers in the restaurant this place would be nearly perfect. Focus on the food and your visit...

I really wanted to like this place because I like the concept, but 2 of 3 times that I've visited have had issues. The 1st visit resulted in one of the 2 meat bowls having the wrong meat entirely and the sauce container open up before I got home. My salmon was tough and dry. The 2nd visit, I tried the orange chicken, veggies, and fried rice. A little sweet, but good enough for me to give them another try. For the record, the fried rice has been consistently good. The latest visit, I walked in to pickup my order and two staff members were behind the registers talking. They looked at me as I stood in front of them and they finished their conversation before asking if they could help me while I stood there looking at my order bagged and cooling off on the shelf behind them. As I walked to my car, I noticed the bag was leaking. Once again, a side of sauce had opened up and was leaking out of the bag. Frustrating. Not sure if I'll be back at this point. The large size is enough to feed two which is nice, but think I'll be looking elsewhere...

Upon arriving at the location around 10:45 in the morning, I entered the establishment only to realize that the kitchen staff had informed me that they open at 11:00. When I returned, there were already five people ahead of me, and I was feeling a bit rushed as I needed to catch a flight. I had been waiting since 10:45 for them to open. I explained my situation to the owner, who responded, "That's what it is, bro." While I understand the situation, I believe that it's important for customers to be treated with respect. I found being called "bro" offensive, and I hope that in the future, all customers will be addressed in a more professional manner. I love the food here, and it is excellent, but I did not feel valued as a customer...
