UMe Tea — Restaurant in San Jose

Not like in other UMEs/cafes. So, i always buy boba tea at UME, and always brown sugar with mochi and leeche jelly. I tried this one place, which i have never been to before, and they didn’t put any toppings. They gave me a medium drink, when i asked for a large one, as well as they gave me extra ice when i asked for NO ICE! So they gave me everything not right. The drink we ordered was actually a Buy One, Get One promo. So imagine our shock when they came our order and we were given 6 drinks for 3 people. It would've been nice if there was any indication of the promo on the kiosk order menu or when the worker told us that it'll take 10 more minutes for our order that it would be 6 drinks total. I get a free balloon if I review. Can’t beat $2.99 Grand Opening price for regular size. Line is a little long. Tried the 920 calorie Pistachio Dubai chocolate shake with 30% sugar. Pistachio knafeh topping and green ice cream like shake was delicious, but chocolate syrup was Hershey and way too sweet. Can they make this less calories as there was no skim milk option?
