It was my first time at the location in San Juan. I was in line and was greeted by a girl. I asked the girl about the new grilled chicken sandwich. She read it to me and I ordered it. I asked to use my points and she said it wouldnāt work. No explanation and I didnāt want to hold the line up behind me. I paid and moved forward. I got to the window, they asked me to pull forward which I did. I sat there as four cars pulled out around me after getting their food. I saw a man coming towards me, but with empty hands. He asked my name, I gave it to him. Then again another person came to the car empty handed and asked me what I ordered. I told him a grilled chicken and a drink. Finally someone showed up with the food. The sandwich was a mess, everything falling out all over the place. I took one bite and threw it away, it was cold and mushy and a waste. I went on their website to send them a private message and their email and contact reverts to some locations 1900 miles away, so I was forced to leave it here! Super...

Staff are friendly and the over all experience has been great with every visit. However, I feel like they can improve their drive-through system. They have 2 lines which merge into 1 line after you place your order with one of several employees walking around with their hand-held devices, but depending on which lane you get into, you may not be able to place the order with respect to when you arrived in the line. Several times I got into a lane with less cars and surprisingly, the other line moved faster and other cars arriving several minutes after I was already there were served before me. I found it frustrating a bit and I did mention it a few times to the employees , but I am not sure if my comment was ever escalated. I ordered a pick up and thought that it still had my home base as SC so I went ahead and ordered. when I got to the SC location they hey told me my order was for San Juan⦠so youāre telling me I have to drive all the way back there and they said yes. They were no help at all. My mistake, them zero help.
So my luck, I drove back to San Juan. I could not have asked for two more outstanding employees to help me with my mistake. I had explained to them what had happened, and they felt so bad and knew my order had been sitting there for some time that she offered to make a fresh order for me.
