Tim is Making Great Coffee — Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano

There is a reason this spot is full of 5 star reviews. Tim is amazing! And the coffee and tea ain't bad either. We came by on labor day which may or may not have been why this center was so quiet. We were pointing out the building and seen a man smile walking into the shop. Then we noticed he was packing in all the outdoor furniture so we asked if he was already closed. He said he could make us drinks but no food at this time, as he was closing for the day. That was perfect, just what we came for. I ordered an iced latte and my guy ordered an iced green tea, strong, which was iffy by Tim since the black tea is what he has iced. But he made our drinks by request and they were much needed and appreciated. Don't hesitate to try this...

Had a breakfast sandwich and fresh brewed sweet tea!

Ok this is gonna sound weird and probably not everyone will agree, but this breakfast sandwich tasted like an egg roll on toast. It was amazing there was egg, hickory bacon, cabbage, some great sauces and not really sure what else. It was toasted on the grill to perfection, cut in half and they actually brought it out to my car which I was not expecting! This is definitely a hidden little gem of a coffee shop. To bad I didn’t have a chance to try the coffee. But the fresh brewed sweet tea was off the chart. Normally in California sweet tea is made so so sweet that you can’t even taste the tea, but not here it was just perfect! Give this place a try and let me know how...

I’ve been coming here every Thursday and just want to say I’ve met Tim every time. He is a really nice guy and goes over the top to serve you. He has a great breakfast menu. Makes a really solid breakfast sandwich. I honestly can’t stop getting the Hawaiian breakfast. It so good! Really nice relaxed vibe. It feels like waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee in your favorite corner of the house. Very relaxing quiet space. Tim makes you feel very welcome. Even if you don’t believe anything he’s real salt of the earth kind of guy and loves the Lord. I just really value that quality! Please go support him! He has certainly made a good...
