Walgreens — Local services in San Juan

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is rude. There was an issue with a Rx that was returned while I was still in the store on the 3rd. Not only was I being accused of lying because it is their policy that they "do not take back medications" and accused me of possibly being a thief/pill popper the fact that the pharmacy did not want to pull video feed as I asked them to told me all I needed to know. To call me back within 5 minutes to tell me "we're just going to let it go" really? After describing the male who helped me, after giving details of what i was there to pick up, and describing the other gentleman who voided the transaction allowing the younger male to only scan the original medication I was there for? Not my fault they refilled an Rx on 07/27 and automatically gave it to me on 08/03 ASSUMING I was there to pick up all 3. It took getting the insurance provider involved to get the matter resolved. I did not appreciate the verbage or tone used towards my mother on this incident either. I understand there are laws that need to be followed, but perhaps Walgreens should look at their own staff before accusing a...

Today I went to the store to help my grandmother purchase her monthly pharmacy supplies. The cashier there not only rushed us but made us feel like our time and money weren't good there. Then when we expressed our concerns about being rushed he laughed at us. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced first hand. Never have I ever !!! We requested a receipt but due to him rushing us so he can charge the next person, we left without one. My family and I scheduled to get the covid-19 booster shot. Three scheduled appointments, and we were pushed to the back of the line because of walk-ins. We spent over an hour waiting. My family and I would have gone elsewhere if we knew this was the case, and appointments did nothing. We had to refill out paper work we did online, again in person. Staff was decent.
