Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Juan

Yesterday, September 16, 2022 I went to pick up an order I had placed at 7:45PM which it did state would be ready by 8:30PM. I’ve stopped by this location before and every time I get there 7-10 minutes early they have the order ready before the set time for pick up. So I go to the drive thru and the male individual says it’s not 8:30 move forward and wait. He didn’t even bother checking if the order was ready, keep in mind there was no cars behind me. I told him that’s fine. I want to order wings and a Pepsi as well. He’s like okay what wings,? I’m like what do you have available at the moment? He charges me and tells me move forward. I look to see if there’s a door for him to walk out to hand it to me and there isn’t. So I decided to go ahead and park and go inside. Go and behold, the employee who was at the drive thru was sitting down with another employee (both of them obese employees) and then he noticed I was looking at him and I saw that him get up and walk behind the ovens. Guess what, my order had been ready and was ready to go, but instead of him giving me the order personally he tells the other employee (healthy individual, who’s been friendly all the time on other visits) go outside to give the pizza. The ignorance of that drive thru employee to treat people with disrespect and think that simply because I showed up in a vehicle and think that I wouldn’t get down is something he should get trained on. This location is NEVER prepared for their customers. There is NEVER pizza ready in a restaurant that sells ONLY PIZZA! Doesn't matter the time of day or even the day of the week. The employees are beyond unprofessional anytime I've entered the establishment they are yelling and cussing at each other WITH Management present and they just walk by the registers ignoring customers and when someone finally addresses customers its always with attitude as if it is a bother to have to do their job! On numerous occasions such as today I have witnessed the employees, and on this day in particular the man who claims to be the manager on duty Juan Castillo, holding up the line in the drive thru talking and joking for about 10 minutes with the car at the window as if they were friends only to be told that it was going to be a 24+ minute wait after already waiting and beung told it was going to be 15 minutes for a CLASSIC HOT N READY because they had no pizzas ready in an establishment that advertises 'Hot-N-Ready' as a slogan. Meanwhile there is a stack of pizzas behind him. But he claims to have no pizzas ready to sell. Super super bad customer service from the “manager” segun ella. Today is T-Mobile Tuesday and i ordered my $3 special pizza. Paid and everything had receipt even she saw me ordering my pizza. (Since I didn’t know I had to order it online and she told me to do so) The app stated wont be ready until 5:45 when I got there it was 5pm I showed her the receipt pmt and she said I had to wait until designated time. They had several pizzas ready no person waiting. Put 2 other people to tell me I can’t get the pizza because it is what it is. she left me there talking and hid behind. no one was waiting they had pizzas ready she was super rude since the beginning they had her in the cashier and then hide in back didn’t even want to come when I asked to speak to her. I am 8months pregnant with my toddler son in my arms and she wanted me to wait almost a hr for a stupid pizza solo por sus huevos. fighting a $3 pizza. Lol so pathetic lady not worth your pay tbh.
